Production Process
1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer factory with more than 20 years experience and later create our own trading company.
2. Do you provide samples?
Yes, we are happy to send you samples for quality inspection, please bear the shipping cost, the samples are free. But if the bulk order is confirmed, the sample shipping fee can be refunded.
3. Can this style have other colors?
Yes, we can make shoes in many other colors, please feel free to contact us for color samples for more options.
4. I want to add our own logo or design on the product, is it possible?
Yes of course. You can put your logo on the shoes or make the shoes according to your design. We provide OEM/ODM service.
5. What are your payment terms?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal. You can choose any way you like.
6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, Fedex, TNT or your preferred method, it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
7. How do I know product cost and shipping if I don't submit an online order?
We can send spreadsheets with product images and cost details. We have agreements with express and logistics companies to get cheaper shipping rates. Please contact our salesperson to order the spreadsheet.
